When we refer to “tabXpert”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in this policy, we are referring to a private entrepreneur Andriy Kiyanovskyy, who provides the Services to you. The “Services” refers to the tabXpert extension and website www.tabxpert.com. By using Services, you agree that we can collect, use, disclose, and process your information as described in this policy. This policy only applies to Services, and not to any other websites, products, or services you may be able to access or link to via Services. The use of information collected through our Services shall be limited to the purpose of providing the services for our customers and as specified herein.

URLs you visit: In order to provide you Services, we save URLs you visit except for secure windows. Normal window URLs are synchronized with the cloud only if you have this feature turned on. We store the data required for providing these Services in IBM Cloudant DB.
Customer Account and Registration Data: This includes information you provide to create your account with us and includes a password and a valid email address.
Google Analytics: We also track your usage with Google Analytics, so that we know how many users we have, their approximate location, and how they interact with our software. We use Google Analytics as described in “How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps”. You can prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics on websites by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on here.
tabXpert may access and use the data we collect as necessary (a) to provide and maintain the Services; (b) to address and respond to service and customer support issues; (c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, unlawful, or technical issues; (d) as required by law; (e) to improve and enhance the Services.
Some specific examples of how we use the information:
When your subscription to our Services has expired for 30 days, we delete all your data in the cloud except Customer Account and Registration Data. Use the 'Delete account' button to delete your Customer Account and Registration Data. In this case, all your data will be deleted immediately.
Ensuring your privacy is important to us. We may share your personal information with (a) third-party service providers; (b) as needed for legal purposes. Third-party service providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions.
